(SAN ANTONIO) San Antonio-based Embrey Partners, Ltd. has received zoning approval in Richardson, Texas on an infill, iconic property located on Greenville Avenue in the heart of the Telecom Corridor, one of the most significant and unique high-tech business concentrations in the United States. GreenVUE, a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Class A property, is within walking distance to the DART Redline Arapaho Station, providing resident’s convenient access to Dallas’ premier light rail line. Just released, State Farm Insurance has leased another 1.5 million square feet of offices in new buildings recently announced for construction in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor. This office complex can house as many as 5,000 employees.
