The newest multifamily, luxury-class development from Embrey Partners has broken ground in Euless, Texas.

EULESS, Texas, March 6, 2019 (Newswire.com) – Domain at Founders Parc will be a prominent eight-and-a-half-acre addition to the mixed-use Euless Founders Parc, which also features restaurants and single-family homes integrated into beautiful landscapes and thoughtful community design standards.

“We are delighted to get to work on Domain at Founders Parc,” said John Kirk, Executive Vice President of Development for Embrey Partners. “This Class A project features three- and four-story buildings designed with elevator access and surface parking. One of the best assets is location, just south of Airport Freeway, Highway 183, and Industrial Drive between Dallas and Fort Worth, and just a short drive to the DFW airport and the American Airlines headquarters complex.”

First-class amenities highlight the 285 units offering residents a two-story fitness center with a yoga room, a resort-style pool and cabana areas, a dog park and a convenient dog-washing station. The large clubhouse will include several lounge areas, coffee bar, business center and conference room and a package room equipped with refrigeration. The interiors of apartments will feature stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, garden tubs in the master baths and high-quality Moen fixtures throughout.

“Our residents will be delighted with the finishes, unit layouts and amenities,” said Kirk. “An added perk is being able to walk to restaurants planned into the overall development. Along with the exceptional location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, we know that Domain at Founders Parc will be a highly sought-after place for residents.”

Kirk said Embrey Partners was able to close on the property a couple of weeks ago and has wasted no time in beginning construction. The first units are expected to be available for lease in the Spring of 2020.
