Embrey develops, builds, and manages Class A multifamily properties of various designs, from garden style to urban mid-rise. We create value through smart selection of premium locations, meticulous attention to detail, and design that elevates the living experience. Embrey currently develops in over 10 key markets throughout the southern sunbelt and mountain region of the United States with a wide range of investment opportunity.
Single-Family
Rental Developments
Embrey's newest portfolio offering is single-family rental developments, similar to Embrey's conventional multifamily developments. Single-family rentals are low-density, master-planned communities with onsite, professional management and high-end shared amenities.
Value-Add & Core Plus
Multifamily Acquisitions
Embrey actively seeks single assets with opportunities for value creation through operational improvements, strategic renovations, and purposeful asset management. Our primary focus is on multifamily assets, with select mixed-use assets in key markets across the southern and mountain regions of the United States.
