Upscale Apartment Developer Chosen for Lowry’s Boulevard One

Denver, CO—The Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) has selected Embrey, an award-winning San Antonio-based multifamily developer, to build and manage a 350-unit luxury apartment community at Boulevard One at Lowry.

Boulevard One is the last neighborhood at the former Lowry Air Force Base to be built by the LRA. The 70-acre, mixed-use development is well underway, with new roads, parks and homes under construction.

CEO donates $1M to develop UTSA Embrey Real Estate Finance and Development Program

The CEO of local Embrey Partners Ltd. is continuing to develop in San Antonio, but instead of multifamily properties, this time around it will be university students.
Walter Embrey, Jr., who began working in real estate back in 1967, has donated $1 million to the University of Texas at San Antonio’s real estate finance and development program. To honor the gift, the university is renaming the program as the Embrey Real Estate Finance and Development Program.

EMBREY PARTNERS COMPLETES SALE OF TRANSIT-ORIENTED MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT ARVADA STATION

San Antonio-based Embrey Partners, Ltd. has sold its Arvada, Colorado, light rail, suburban, multi-family apartment development, Arvada Station. The 16-acre, 378-unit, upscale community, located at 10068 West 52nd Place, is the third multi-family apartment project to be approved in the last 25 years in Arvada. The transaction closed in October 2013.

“We worked very closely with the city of Arvada, and the project has been extremely successful,” said Trey Embrey, president of Embrey Partners. Embrey developed, built and manages the property.

Demand prompting a new wave of multifamily development in San Antonio
