Embrey Partners has broken ground on its latest major apartment complex project in Nashville. The development, known as Knox at Metrocenter, will be located just north of downtown Nashville in the established Metrocenter business park.

“The site is located about a mile or so north of downtown Nashville,” said Embrey Partners Executive Vice President of Development Brad Knolle. “There is great access to freeways, and it is relatively close to many of the area’s major employers. It is also near Germantown, a unique shopping and dining experience. The site has a very peaceful setting overlooking Amulet Lake and across the street is access to the Nashville Greenway Trail which connects Metrocenter to Germantown and beyond.”

Knox at Metrocenter will include 322 units in two-, three- and four-story buildings. The one- and two-bedroom apartments will feature Embrey Partners traditional, comfortable living space design and amenities for residents.

“One of the interesting aspects of this development will be the fact we will not have to build structured parking, which most other developments in the downtown area are required to do,” Knolle explained. “And we plan to pass those construction savings along to our residents in the form of very competitive rent pricing.”

The first units at Knox at Metrocenter will be open for leasing in the spring of 2020.
