Even success can use a little refresh on occasion, insists Tracy Marlowe, director of account services and owner of San Antonio-based agency Creative Noggin.
The agency’s client, Embrey Partners, recently approached Creative Noggin for a rebrand as they continue on a growth trajectory, she says.
“With the real estate market emerging from the recent recession, it was important for Embrey to let the real estate community know that they had not only survived the recession, but that they had continued to grow and flourish,” says Marlowe.
With 39 years of history in the local real estate development market, it was a different kind of “rebrand” she explains, taking something positive and enhancing it.
“They’ve done an amazing job of building value into the communities within which they develop. We wanted their branding to reflect this unique positioning,” she adds.
Creative Noggin’s multifaceted rebranding campaign included internal/external brand research, logo design and collateral update, including a new corporate brochure and website redesign. The team also developed a new stationery package, site signage update and a newsletter and direct mail refresh.
“The team at Creative Noggin did an amazing job of getting to know Embrey Partners from the inside out,” adds Trey Embrey, president of Embrey Partners.
Embrey was pleased with the way the agency got to the core of who they were and “made it come to life” visually and with messaging.
“Our goal had been to do a better job communicating our unique selling proposition to prospective partners,” Embrey continues. “We more than exceeded that goal. What we didn’t count on was the impact the rebranding would have on our company morale. It created a sense of pride. We couldn’t be happier with the results.”
